This should help improve AT and T's service in mid-town NYC, but much work is still needed for a saturated network that can barely support 3G service. Note that mobile services (Verizon, Sprint and AT and T) are already experiencing issues do to the 2 million new "smart devices" (phones, Ipads, kindles, Nooks,etc...) sold over the past 4 weeks.
